Join Chasing Creative and help brands grow through work that actually matters

Marketing Associate (Part-Time, 10 Hours/Week)

About Chasing Creative

We are a B2B creative agency that helps the companies building the backbone of the modern world tell their story well. Our clients work in data centers, critical infrastructure, SaaS, and B2B tech, industries that are essential but often overlooked when it comes to great marketing. We give them video, Webflow sites, SEO, paid media, brand strategy, and content that actually reflects the weight of what they do.

We are a small, senior team that moves fast and cares about craft. We would rather do a handful of things exceptionally well than spread ourselves thin. If you want to be a number on a big org chart, this is not the place. If you want to be close to the work, learn from every project, and help shape where a growing agency goes next, keep reading.

The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to support two things:

First, client project fulfillment. You will help keep our client work moving, organized, and on standard.

Second, the founder's day to day. You will take recurring agency tasks off the founder's plate so the business runs smoother and the team stays focused on great work.

This starts at 10 hours per week. We are intentionally looking for someone who wants to grow into more responsibility and more hours over time as you learn our clients, our systems, and our standards. We are hiring for trajectory, not just for a task list.

What You Will Do

Client project support You will help coordinate active client projects across video, web, SEO, and content. That includes tracking tasks and deadlines in our project management system, keeping deliverables organized, doing first-pass quality checks before work reaches the client, and flagging anything that looks off before it becomes a problem.

Content and social support You will help draft, format, and schedule content such as LinkedIn posts, blog pieces, and social updates. You will prepare content for scheduling tools and make sure everything matches our brand voice and our clients' voices.

Research and lead support You will run market research, light competitive analysis, and prospect research that informs both client work and our own growth. You will help organize findings into something the team can actually use.

Founder and agency support You will take recurring operational and marketing tasks off the founder's plate. This can range from organizing assets and files, to prepping documents and decks, to following up on small loose ends, to helping keep our own marketing consistent.

Brand consistency You will help make sure that what goes out, for clients and for us, holds to the standard. Clean, considered, on brand.

Who You Are

You are early in your marketing career, or transitioning into it, and you are hungry to learn how a real agency operates from the inside. You care about details, because in our world a missed detail is the difference between good work and great work. You write clearly and communicate proactively. You are comfortable being told the standard once and then holding to it.

You are organized enough that things do not slip, and self-directed enough that you do not need to be managed minute to minute. You are genuinely interested in B2B, in tech, and in the craft of marketing, and you want to be part of building something rather than just clocking hours.

Most of all, you want to grow with a company and be part of its mission, not just take a job.

Nice to Have, Not Required

Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Webflow, social scheduling platforms, or basic SEO concepts. Any hands-on experience with content writing, design, video, or analytics. None of these are dealbreakers. We will teach the right person. We care more about how you think and how you work.

Why This Role Is Worth It

You will work directly with the founder and a senior team, so you will learn fast and see how every part of an agency fits together. You will touch real client work for real companies, not busywork. And because we are small and growing, the ceiling here is what you make it. The person who shows up, learns our world, and takes ownership will not stay a 10 hour associate for long.

How to Apply

Send us a short note telling us who you are, why this role and this mission interest you, and one thing you have made or worked on that you are proud of. We read every application from a real person. We are looking for the right fit, not the longest resume.
