About Chasing Creative

Chasing Creative is a strategy-first creative agency based in Palm Coast, Florida. We produce video, brand strategy, Webflow sites, paid media, SEO, and content for B2B tech, data center, critical infrastructure, and industrial brands. We work as a collective of vetted professionals and bring in trusted local talent for on-site productions.

The Project

We're producing a multi-day corporate shoot at an industrial manufacturing facility in the Boise, Idaho area (Treasure Valley). Alongside our video crew, we're running an on-site headshot station for the client's team across all three days. The client is under NDA, and project details are shared only with shortlisted candidates who have signed.

The Role

You'll own the headshot station: a step-and-repeat or backdrop setup where you photograph the client's team one after another. The goal is a consistent, polished look across every person and every day, with the same lighting, framing, and color from the first headshot on Tuesday to the last on Thursday.

What You'll Do

• Set up and run a backdrop headshot station with consistent lighting and framing for all three days
• Shoot tethered to a laptop so subjects and stakeholders can review images live
• Keep a steady, fast pace, directing and putting people at ease so each session is quick and comfortable
• Keep files organized by person and day, and offload and back up all media daily
• Follow on-site safety rules and PPE requirements

You're a Fit If

• You have done corporate headshot or corporate photography work before
• You're experienced with tethered shooting
• You're comfortable working solo most of the day in a fast-paced environment with short breaks (lunch is catered)
• You have your own professional kit: camera, lenses, lighting, backdrop, and tethering setup
• You're based in the Boise area, since this is a local hire
• You can provide at least one professional reference (required)
• You're comfortable with work-for-hire terms and can sign NDAs with both the agency and the client

Schedule & Logistics

Three full on-site days: Tuesday, October 27; Wednesday, October 28; and Thursday, October 29, 2026. Expect long days (10+ hours). The exact address is shared after booking. This is a local hire, so no travel, lodging, or per diem is covered. Mileage is reimbursed for local driving. Steel-toe boots and a hard hat are required on site.

Compensation

TBD. Rate will be discussed based on experience and scope.

Terms (Fine Print)

This is a work-for-hire engagement. All photos, project files, and other materials created during the engagement are the sole property of Chasing Creative and its client from the moment they're created. You keep no ownership, license, or usage rights to them.

The selected contractor must sign a non-disclosure agreement with Chasing Creative and a separate NDA with the client brand before the shoot.

You may not share, post, publish, or use any photos, behind-the-scenes content, or client details in your own portfolio, website, or social media, or in any other marketing, without prior written approval from Chasing Creative.

The engagement includes a non-compete and non-solicitation agreement. You agree not to contact, solicit, or accept work directly from this client, or anyone met on site, outside of Chasing Creative. Full terms are in the contractor agreement.
